New products = more commissions

There is no doubt that adding new product lines to your marketing can increase your sales revenue.

A good example of that is when the LegalBud affiliate program introduced voporizers into their product line. The vaporizers were an instant success as they are a much healthier alternative than harmful smoking. They offer the widest variety of herbal vaporizing units, including electric, butane, and battery charged.

Affiliates that took up promoting these new products had considerable success as there was a growing market for these products. There is also the advantage of not having as many competing affiliates or vendors in this niche market. With a growing demand and minimal competition it is not surprising that affiliates who do promote these new products are doing so well.

The LegalBud affiliate program was voted top 10 herbal affiliate program 10 years in a row and it is easy to see why affiliates love them when they keep introducing these highly profitable new products to promote.

Who has time for all this?

If you follow the advice of most internet marketers you will be told that you need to:
  • write and publish articles
  • update your blog and websites
  • post updates to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social networks
  • write a newsletter
  • get backlinks
  • manage and update your PPC campaigns
  • and a bunch of other new things.
Whats more is that for best results you need to do these every day.

Who has time for all that?

Sure there are tools to help but even then they can take time to learn and use and the good ones can be expensive too. We know that if we did all these things regularly we would get a substantial increase in traffic and sales but it would take you 40 hours a week to do it all and no one has that much extra time to spare.

That is why I am so excited about the outsourced solution by OffshoringIT.com as they can provide highly educated and experienced personnel to do all this for you at just $995 per month. That works out at under $7 per hour. If you value your time at more than $7 an hour then this is an easy and affordable way to grow your business and free up some extra time for yourself.

Biz In A Box
Are you getting annoyed with marketer's pitching really high priced products teaching you how to make money online?

Me too!

That's why I wanted to let you know about someone who's swimming against the tide. Neil Shearing, who's been selling his own products since 1997, reckons he can give you everything you need to build your own email list AND make money in just one package... and at a "crazy low" price!

Neil's calling it his "Biz In A Box" and if you act now you can get it at the launch offer price, which will leave your jaw on the floor!

I highly recommend you get a copy of the "Biz In A Box" and put it to work for you. I expect it won't be long before you start growing your email list and making sales!

New FTC Regulations on Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has recently released new guidelines concerning paid sponsorships, product reviews, recommendations and blogging. You can view the document here and I suggest you read it as its is important to know what you should and should not be doing as an affiliate or merchant.

There has been a considerable amount of discussion about this new document and what effect it will have on affiliate marketing. The following is some of the more interesting and useful blog posts about the subject:

I see from the comments to these blogs there is alot of confusion about the topic. Here are my views on the subject that may or may not help.

1. This is only applicable to USA. If you live outside the USA then FTC has no jurisdiction over you. However your own country probably already has rules regarding this issue and may in fact be more restrictive than what this new guideline says anyway. I think its generally good practice to ensure you follow the rules of major developed countries such as USA, UK, Australia, Canada.

2. Dont lie or deceive. If you knowingly make false statements or deceive people then then you deserve to be punished. I have always thought it was illegal to make false statements in your advertising.

3. Disclaimers. It is probably wise to have a look at your disclaimer on your web sites and make sure they comply with the new guidelines. You may need to state that you may earn a commission from any sales resulting from links on your site. You may also need to disclose if you received advertising payments or any other benefits from sites that you mention or link to.

Please note that I am not a lawyer so none of this is legal advice. If you are concerned then seek out the services of a legal professional. I have a list of affiliate programs in the Legal industry that may help.
